After practicing law for 15 years, I learned that authentic leadership isn't about fighting within patriarchal systems — it's about resourcing yourself outside them and bringing your whole self into the work.

I share how the three-strand braid model (individual, family, community) helps us stay authentic across all areas of life and how real change happens when we bring calm bodies and healing practices into every meeting.

Working inside systems defined by patriarchy, I’ve learned this truth: they won’t value what they can’t see, and they can’t see what they don’t understand. That’s why I source my resilience outside those systems, and then bring my embodied feminine into the spaces where change is needed most.
